In addition, as a trainer he is certified through I.S.S.A. and Expert Rating, so you know you are working with one of the best trainers in the industry.

2 Levels Up Health & Fitness Personal Training is a functional fitness program that has been expertly designed by TJ to get the best possible results with highly motivated individuals who are looking to achieve more from their workouts. Our personal training mixes a indoor and outdoor workout regimine with the conveniences of training on your schedule, without the intimidating distractions that you’ll find in a commercial gym.

           CORPORATE FITNESS

If you have great staff and you want to keep them, a corporate fitness program is one of the ways you can achieve that. By retaining experienced staff and boosting their health and energy levels, you in turn keep your company healthy.

2 Levels Up Corporate Training will come to your workplace, or somewhere else convenient for you, and train your staff in group or one on one training – you choose! TJ will bring the his expertise; you just need to supply the participants. If it is more convenient for you, we can also run corporate fitness sessions for your employees at a local gym.  

 

Our experience has shown that corporate fitness programs:

           GROUP TRAINING

 

If you are looking for exercise that is fun and social, while also being performance and goal oriented, 2 Levels Up Health & Fitness Group Training classes are for you! Our small groups, with a maximum of 10 people, ensure that we balance affordability with personal attention and a focus on your individual goals.

           MUSCLE TONE

 

Muscle tone, also known as muscle tonus or residual muscle tension, is an unconscious low level contraction of your muscles while they are at rest. Essentially, muscle tone is what makes your muscles still feel somewhat firm while you are resting and not intentionally tensing them. You know how your muscles feel much firmer when you intentionally tense them? And how you feel a decrease in firmness the less you tense (i.e. contract) them? Well, that small remaining amount of firmness that you feel in your muscles when they are completely relaxed, with no intentional tensing, is your muscle tone.  

TJ focuses the various levels of fitness such as weight management, injury rehabilitation, sports specifics, nutrition, martial arts and flexibility. TJ will ensure that you get the very best from each workout, making your time more efficient and fun.The benefits of being fit and healthy are immediate.            CORE STRENGTH

 

Strength is not just about how much weight you can lift - being strong helps to have good posture, avoid pain and best of all complete daily tasks with ease. Elite athletes have strength phases programmed to increase power, joint stability and overall training performance for their skill. Leg strength is a fundamental to jumping higher and bench press directly correlates to ones’ ability to push.

Strength movements create the foundations for all other body movements you will encounter both in the gym and everyday life. Need to sit on a toilet well guess what, that’s a squat. Pick something up off the ground? Yep, that’s a deadlift.

Being structured around the fundamentals in this class will help you get the movements down to a science, creating a solid foundation for speeding the movements up in our higher intensity sessions or on the field. With the TJ's guidance you will learn safety in movement, encouraging correct bodily alignment, aiding the prevention of injuries in all facets of life.

Core Strength is a slower paced class, no rapid-fire repping here, but this doesn't mean your muscles and lungs don't get taxed. Slower pace allows for perfecting technique, which also requires focus and mental strength to keep going when your muscles are shaking. Adequate rest is programmed for you to have full concentration and control in each set you do. Strength is power and power is performance - revolutionize your training, build your foundations and get ultimate results in all facets of life!
